High-effeciency energy conversion and storage is extensively driven by commercial electronics, electric vehicles, smart grids, etc. Our group studies the principles of energy conversion and storage and explores the potential high-performance approaches to address the energy issues we have to face. We integrate the theoretical consideration at atomic scales and engineering questions at macro scales to seek the possible breakthough. The research focuses on the following fields:
